I'm way behind on painting my favorite frenchmen that I started last fall but here is the latest. If you don't know him, my two favorite movies of his (and actually favorites of all time) are The Fire Within (Le feu follet) and Elevator to the Gallows (Ascenseur pour l'echafaud). Both films also star Jeanne Moreau - another favorite of mine.
