Yard Cats

It has been a very long day here in New Hampshire worrying about Hurricane Irene.  We have lots of tree limbs to pick up tomorrow and a bit of flooding in areas but nothing too bad.  I think I'm more worn out from the media frenzy than anything.  Hope everyone made it through safely!  I worked on this all day in an attempt to keep myself occupied.  Let's hope for an uneventful Monday!

watercolor and ink on paper.

You are very lucky indeed. I was wondering how you fared. So glad all is well. Hope the next one fizzles out. Also, I LOooooVE your Sylvia Plath. It makes me want to read The Bell Jar again. I can never eat curry without thinking of her.
